We want you to love your ELIOLINEN dress. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at helpu@eliolinen.vip.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
