Thank you for shopping at ELIOLINEN. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders for dresses and other products purchased from our website (https://eliolinen.vip).

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive your payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Please note: Processing time does not include shipping time. During busy periods (e.g., holiday sales), processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the European Union and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at helpu@eliolinen.vip to check if we can ship to you.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders unless specifically arranged.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Within the European Union:
Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.
International (outside EU):
Delivery typically takes 7–20 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.
Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. ELIOLINEN is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and the total weight or value of your order. The exact shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any such offer will be clearly stated on our website and applied automatically at checkout if eligible.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days after placing your order, please check your spam folder. If it is still missing, contact us at helpu@eliolinen.vip with your order number.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders (outside the European Union), your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country's customs authorities. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the price you paid to ELIOLINEN.
Customs policies vary widely by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order. We are not able to predict or cover any customs-related fees.
In some cases, customs delays may occur. ELIOLINEN is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection or clearance.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost packages:
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. If the package is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate. We cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the correct address.
Damaged packages:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at helpu@eliolinen.vip with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate under our Return Policy.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at helpu@eliolinen.vip.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to correct the address. If it has already been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. ELIOLINEN is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you. In such cases, you may need to contact the carrier directly to request a redirect (additional fees may apply).
9. Failed Delivery and Returned Packages
If a delivery fails because the carrier could not access your address, no one was available to accept the package, or the address was incorrect, the package may be returned to us.
If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for the second attempt.
If you do not wish to have the order reshipped, we may issue a refund for the product price minus the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.
